The device operates within a temperature range of 14°F to 113°F and can function at altitudes up to 28,000 feet. An on-wrist skin temperature sensor tracks your temperature nightly, and you can also monitor your blood oxygen levels at a glance using the collection of clock faces. The device provides high and low heart rate notifications if your heart rate is above or below your average. The battery lasts over six days, and fast charging gives you a full day’s charge in just 12 minutes, though battery life may vary with use and other factors, such as continuous GPS use. The built-in GPS allows you to track pace and distance during runs, hikes, rides, and more without needing your phone. Additionally, the built-in microphone and speaker let you take Bluetooth calls hands-free when your phone is nearby, though this requires more frequent charging. You can also use Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa Built-in to get quick news, set bedtime reminders and alarms, control your smart home devices, and more, just by speaking to your watch.
