Key features include managing plants and produce, stock of fertilizers, seeds, saplings, produce, purchase details, plantation details, farm equipment, sales, and more. Farmers can track expenses incurred for each crop or season, and SmartFarm calculates the profit earned. It also records the usage of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
SmartFarm runs on Windows OS (10/8 and variants) and is available for lifetime use with no annual fee. It comes with a single-device license, but supports multiple internal users who can log in, use, and log out on the same PC. The software offers menu-driven backups and requires no IT staff for installation. It is easy to install, with getting started and usage videos available for guidance. However, SmartFarm does not include billing and financial accounting features.
